In an era when teachers are facing unprecedented challenges and stress, it’s high time we change the narrative around how teachers are supported by helping them build more sustainable practices. From teaching students in multiple places, to learning all the new tech tools, all while feeling as if our impact is non-existent with our students, we need to redefine what it is to support educators in the classroom so that their sustainability and longevity is a priority.
The current trajectory in our society and the field of education isn’t able or willing to do much about the current crisis we have with teacher health and wellbeing. So let’s do what teachers do best - take the bull by the horns and make it work for US!

Here's the truth
it’s hard to be really effective with students within the hustle mentality and culture of education today all while maintaining a healthy personal life. You don’t want to sacrifice either of those areas, but it’s also impossible to keep them both as priorities. There just isn’t enough time in the day.
